SMS service is working again, cardholders can now log into the portals again.

Please note that our SMS provider is currently unavailable which means users are unable to log into the Cardholder Portal. Cardholders with biometric authentication set up are not affected by this incident.
This has been caused by the wider AWS outage affecting many global services. We are working with our upstream provider to fix the fault as soon as possible.
