Monitoring
We are continuing to experience issues with network connectivity at our primary data centre, so we have taken the decision to fail over to our DR data centre. Websites and web services are now running normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation. Please accept our apologies for the disruption this morning.

We are currently investigating a problem at our primary data centre which is causing intermittent availability for our websites. More information to follow shortly.

This incident affected: Card issuing and loading, Float deposits, Receipt upload and display, Admin portal, Cardholder portal, Call centre, Automated phone lines, Web services API, VPN, Reports, and Live authorisation feed.
