Essential database maintenance work will be undertaken from 23:00 GMT on Saturday 21st November for a period of approx 1 hour. During this time the following services will be unavailable:
- websites - mobile app - web services
Card spend activity will be unaffected.
We apologise for the inconvenience. This work is required as part of ongoing improvements to our architecture to further improve our resilience / high availability. Please contact your account manager with any questions.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Card issuing and loading, Float deposits, Receipt upload and display, Admin portal, Cardholder portal, Web services API, Reports, Live authorisation feed, and Website.
